Tom Lutz - Owner
Tom brings to the Board a wealth of educational and recreational experience, as well as a combined time in the Galapagos Islands of over one year. Graduating with a Master of Science degree in Zoology, he taught Biology, Earth Science, and Marine Biology for over 40 years in the public schools of Arizona.

Sebastian Ramirez – Assistant

As an international student, Sebastian attended Glendale Community College in Glendale, Arizona, after graduating from Westwind Preparatory Academy, Phoenix, Arizona. In the Galapagos Islands, Sebastian was a student leader and fulfilled over 200 hours of volunteer work with the Galapagos National Park. He participated in the Galapagos Marine Ecology program of the University of Arizona as a student and co-coordinator.

Robert and Glenda

Both Robert and Glenda were born in San Cristobal, Galapagos and bring incredible knowledge and expertise to our team.  Robert has worked on ships since graduating from high school, and worked his way up to Captain, having Captained many large vessels in Galapagos, and has years of experience coordinating our activities within Galapagos and the mainland.  Glenda moved to Guayaquil, Ecuador, to complete high school and then on to study at the university there.  She is a former Galapagos Naturalist Guide, meticulous with the books and reservations and boasts a long career serving the community of San Cristobal in local politics.

Cindy Ramirez-Tour Liason


Cindy Ramirez Zavala is graduating from the University of San Francisco, Quito, Ecuador this year with her Bachelor's Degree in Tourism.  She is native born in San Cristobal, Galapagos and intimately familiar with the culture and ecology of the islands.  Sparkling and friendly, she speaks great English and has visited the United States many times.  She is anxious to share her beautiful islands with all of our tourists.
